Q: Once again I am tapping into that vast compendium of knowledge from FD&S readers. This time it is FISHING WADERS. I have 2 great pair of RUBBER fishing waders. The hip waders I keep in the boat that is going into storage and a pair of rubber chest waders (remember them). Both rubber. As I am moving, I will have to put both into storage for maybe up to 2+ years. The last time I had to store them, I just packed then in boxes and the rubber rotted and I leaked like a sieve. I had to buy new. Is there a way to treat them so this set doesn’t rot?
