Picked up a LST at the beginning of the season. Rod is very light aand seems to do the work for you. Its very managable. I used a bigger reel and a smaller one and they both worked great with the rod. I only got the chance to fish it a few times bfor I snapped the tip... (NOT THE RODS FAULT). I actually slammed it in the door walking in the house. I just recently got a new tip on it and now just have to find time to take it out.
