Misses I needed a wrench to adjust the chain on the unit I tested.

I have the 445e, which is just a hair smaller. Its a good sturdy saw and has taken on everything Ive thrown at it. The fuel efficiency is great.

I own both Husquvarn and Stihl saws and you can't go wrong with either.

have used this saw for surveying work and it stood the test of cutting line in heavy timber. great saw. for someone who doesnt need that big of a saw but still wants a husqvarna the 240e is also a good buy.

This is My Saw. There are many saws in the world but this one is mine...
I love my Husquevarna, most reliable chainsaw I ever had to use. As my husband has always felt he jinxes all machines (we don't let him drive no more, 'cause it's true) I am chainsaw queen on this farm (and I have a lot more wood to cut before I'm done). Nuthin' like that Swedish engineering!

Ive had a few problems with the Husqvarna the rake on the chain is to fine and seems to make saw dust instead of chips when you cut. Also I have had problems with it constantly leaking bar oil and I have been through two replacement tanks. Do it all over I would stick with a Stihl

I use both Stihl and Husqvarna and both are great machines, however, i prefer to use my Husqvarna 455 Rancher's one with 20" bar one with 22" the stihl is still a good machine

Also if you are looking for a cheap saw to cut smaller limbs either in your yard or to make shooting lains for your hunting location i use a poulan pro wood shark with a 14" bar and 33cc's its no power house but it is strong sturdy and last long for a little saw

Awesome saws, the best in my opinion. I own a 455 Rancher and a 142 for the light work, I'm hooked on Husqvarna for other products also like my string trimmer and backpack blower now are all Husky, never a problem, easy starts every time.
