unfortunately its to little to late. Most experts are saying that wild salmon in puget sound will be extinct in 20 years, many runs are for all practical purposes are extinct

Yeah, when you combine the negative effects of all the damns in the Northwest along with Indian fishing and commercial fishing, this is nothing more than a "feel good" Bandaid. It's too bad. Americans squandered a multi-million dollar fishery for cheap power and little else.
