London Man Climbs Tree to Escape Rut-Crazed Stag in Park
By Chad Love
A leisurely stroll in the park ended with a London man getting treed by a worked-up stag.
From this story on huffingtonpost.com:
As this man learned the hard way, male deer can be very territorial, especially during mating season. According to NBC News, the man strolled too close to a herd in a west London park, leading this deer to chase him. The man finally climbed up the tree to protect himself and witnesses called the police.
That was some pretty agile climbing ability for an older gent. Then again, that was a pretty damn big deer. Anyone ever been threatened (or worse) by a randy, rut-crazed buck?
