New Rifle Platform: Mossberg MVP Flex

Mossberg successfully introduced it's Flex line for shotguns last year, and it's now expanding the line to the MVP rifle series. The MVP rifle is a bolt-action that takes AR-style magazines. The Flex technology is a modular system that allows you to swap out stocks in seconds without any tools.

Yuch! That gun looks like it came right out of a Crackerjacks box. Wait, it's a Mossberg. Okay, now I get it ...
I actually really like the idea of the easily-interchanged stock. I'm all about making my rifles more functional, and if I can switch from a pistol grip, to a classic, to a shorter youth-length grip, then I'm willing to give up a lot of the "pretty" aspect.
