Fly Casting Technique: Watch the Arc of your Rod.
By Tim Romano & Kirk Deeter
Last week we had a heated debate in regards to getting fish "on the reel" in a post titled Reel Dumb Advice. This week Kirk tries to show...
you what he means about simply stripping line and watching your rod. Just keep your eye on the arc of your rod and you're guaranteed to land more fish...

good tip fellas, thanks...
I can believe that. The taper of the leader and line becomes the taper of the rod. The reel is a good place for me to store extra line, no more, no less.
It's all about line and tension control from the cast to the catch. Most anglers like to keep there rod tip to high, exaggerating the "fight". It's all about physics. This video was a great tip.
maintain the arc~I'll work on that, thanks.
Thanks for the helpfull tip!
Another good tip from Deeter.
