First, prayers to the families. Second, I hope they throw the book at this guy. Hunting posted property near a college, then mistaking 2 humans for deer?! There is no excuse and he should be made an example to stop other idiots from following his lead. None so extreme as the victims and their families; but we honest hunters all suffer when these stunts are pulled.

Schumer's proposed tax incentive is a truly great idea.

My family won't eat all of the meat from one deer in a season. This gives others like me great incentive to process a deer and donate it. Hunger is pervasive, even in America, and we can all do a little to help!

I think the excuse that I thought they were a deer is just that an excuse. He had no clue what he was shooting at, he heard something or saw movement and fired, not knowing what or who he was firing at. After I observed the deer's activities last October. So I decided to hunt them this week and found out there were very few of them present the area where I had them observation last month. Is it because the deer has 6th sense that we the hunter bring the GUN to the area. The just vanished there. Last Oct 31, I used my crossbow and caught a doe. So assumed thatthere would be plenty bucks/does out there but it was not.

We already set the corn feeder and camera out there since first week of September. I noticed more activities in October than this Month (november). So next year I will shoot bucks in October insteand of November with gun.
