Food Photo Friday: Chorizo Burrito Edition

Whoever said breakfast is the most important meal of the day obviously meant something like this: elk chorizo burritos with eggs so fresh they're still warm from the sitting hen.

chorizo is one of my favorites. i use wild game or get the beef chorizo from the store. good stuff!

Looks delicious. I'd add a slice or two of Avocado, a few Cilantro leaves, and a dab of Pico.

On the other hand, there's still a javelina season going on in Arizona. Maybe we can have some recipes that have anything to do with ongoing hunts?
