Money Bugs: Tying The Squidro

By Joe Cermele

Rolling along with our exclusive tying videos produced by Brian Wise of Flyfishing The Ozarks, we've got The Squidro. This tube fly plays off the popular Intruder pattern, but the materials look more like something you'd find on a bass bug. And that stands to reason; according to Wise, it's much harder for bruiser steelies to destroy a fully-synthetic bug. I'd be willing to bet the chromers on your local waters may not have seen anything like this pulsing through the riffles yet. For more info on the fly and a full list of materials, click here
