Siblings Get Life In “Hunting Accident” Murder

A brother and sister were sentenced to life in prison Tuesday for the slaying of the sister's estranged husband at the victim's home near the Allegheny National Forest on Dec. 5. . . .
State police said [Cory] Altman and Susan Yeager conspired to kill Shawn Yeager and make it look like a hunting accident. . . .
Police accused Altman of shooting Shawn Yeager with a hunting rifle then joking that he "got his buck for the year," according to the Associated Press.

Pretty sad they called this a "hunting accident" when it is in fact just "cold-blooded, pre-meditated" MURDER !
It's good that these murderers were caught & put away. I hate to see this--more ammo for the anti-gun & anti-hunting crowd.
Doesnt say how they caught them.
Wanna bet he used his usual hunting rifle, took it home, the police got it and did ballistics?
Of course once they got these people in separate interviews someone started singing after about 2 seconds.
I'd also like to hear the whole story.
I can't help but laugh at how the press would make this a blow against hunters... thanks for such great kudos. This is no hunting accident...its plain ol' murder with a couple of people that have a shi&ty excuse. C'mon now!
The "hunting accident" was just the excuse that the killers used, other than that it has nothing to do with the story.

Nothing at all to do with hunting. This is simply murder by deranged individuals.
Just using this as a way to villify hunters. The hunter was the victim here
