Q:I grew up pier fishing in Florida, and took a 10 year hiatus (while other things were more important, like girls, cars, and beers), I started going fishing a lot recently, and have been targetting trout, seeing as I moved to PA. I have been hearing about how inline spinners are great at pulling trout out of the water all day long. I can't seem to catch ANYTHING on one. What are your strategies as far as using an inline spinner such as a Blue Fox Vibrax, or something similar? Thanks!

Q:I do pretty good on stocked trout in my local river but when middle of June comes around, the bite shuts off. I was wondering if this was because of the heat or because the fish switch to flies. Also, is there a good technique to catch these fish without flies?

Q:I am going to the summer semester at BYU this summer and cannot bear to spend a summer without fishing. I hear that the Provo River is within walking distance of campus. My dad said that when he went to BYU the Provo fished pretty well. Does anyone know if the Lower Provo is any good during the summer these days? I am planning on just fishing a worm on a snell rig.
