1. Only fish caught in the United States or Canada from June 1, 2009 to May 31, 2010 are eligible. All applications must be submitted before June 15, 2010.

2. Fish must be one of the species listed below, and must meet the minimum size requirement.

3. A clear broadside photograph of the fish must be included with your entry (see details on entry form page).

4. All required fields must be completed to certify your catch.

5. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry at any time.
