The Tip Board
To remove corrosion on battery terminals with little cost, just buy a regular Coke, and pour it on the terminals. The acid in the coke removes all the gunk, and it usually only takes a quarter-half a can, so you can have some as well!
If you mix a little baking soda with warm water it will also remove the corrosion.
Go with phil1227's advice. Works much better, and won't leave a sticky mess behind.
