Unrelated photos in the gallery

Uploaded on February 16, 2010

Looking through some folks' profiles I'm seeing a lot of photographs that are not related to hunting or fishing. I am not totally innocent of this myself (one sorta unrelated image in my profile). However, I am concerned that the number of photos may be clogging up the site. Since we can't remove our photos, I would suggest that anyone who wants to use an unrelated image to compliment a particular thread or post should supply a link to a gallery they can set up on an image posting site like PhotoBucket, ImageShack, or Flickr rather than drop it in the F&S gallery permanently. These sites allow you to add and remove images.

I agree ontario. I know this is the boring times of the year where there is not much fishing and hardly any hunting, but people are just posting random photos to get points. Your idea is a great one and I think people should start using it. We all like to see rudygloves photos of the servicemen so maybe he could create a message board with photos of the servicemen. Way to stand up ontario, and great idea.

I agree mostly because a lot are just of like people with like a 3 pound fish. I don't think it's getting too clogged up with unrelated photos though

I agree, too. I've only been on this site acouple of weeks, but from some photos I've seen have been unrelated to hunting and fishing. But, as Brittle said, there aren't many and its not too clogged up.

I don't really look at peoples profiles but some of the unrelated tp hunting and fishing photos are quite enjoyable.Nothing like Beatiful lady in the boat or on the beach.
Have a great day young man.

I would like to remove some of my photos but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. I have even emailed the webmaster and asked some to be removed but they are still there. It might be nice if after a certain amount of time the +1 vote and fewer photos could be removed. Maybe I should post this as a question?

I don't like that you can't delete anything. If I double post I would love to be able to delete it on my own. Or if I find an answer on my own.
