The youth culture presently has taken up to fitness as a routine. You can see youngsters and adults thronging gyms and joining other fitness programs like practicing yoga, aerobics, karate and kick boxing. It is a fact that a good workout program combined with supplements and a well-nourished diet are the key to a great body building effort.

What a crock! No need for supplements...PED's...hormones, etc. Just eat a well-balanced diet and train hard; you will get real, not artificially enhanced results! Beware of all snake oil salesmen!

I'm with Barnhllo on this one. Look at athletes of yesteryear. They were by far in better shape, leaner, and more athletic yet protein powders and pills were never heard of. Scientist are always trying to re-invent the wheel, and fitness it probably something left better to history not science.
