Senior Citizen Lifetime License

I received one of the first West Virginia Lifetime Senior Citizen Hunting license last week. I didn't have to buy it because I turned 65 before Jan 1, but the DNR will get $6.00 every year until I die back from the Feds from Pittman-Robinson funds. Our DNR departments need all of the help that we can give them to help with out wildlife programs. License sales nationwide are going down every year because our young people aren't getting involved in hunting and fishing, they have too many other things to keep them occupied.
