Would anybody Like to get more info for mule deer.

Uploaded on November 02, 2009

In every F&S magazine I get, it is always about whitetails. I mean about when they rut, what are the best tips to harvest one and other articles about them. I would like to see some articles about mule deer. Because I hunt more muledeer than whitetail, and I'm sure other peolpe who hunt mule deer woul like some more info to. Who agree's and who doesn't.

I agree, the mag focuses more on the resident hunters in whitetail country. When they talk about western hunts they usually are talking about "taking a trip" to hunt elk or mule deer. Thats fine though, its all about the numbers and the marketing game that everybody has to play.

Maybe those whitetail hunters need more help then we do.....haha..just feeling evil today...but yes you are right I could care less about the cost of room, board and airfare when "western hunt" articles are written..besides most of the whitetail stuff is carefully recreated regurgitation from years gone by..just pretty graphics, charts and pictures to freshen it up

Count your blessings. The more press muleys get the more out-of-state hunters will be invading the slopes and prairies of the west. Nobody needs as much info as is printed every year for white tail hunting, but it keeps the masses focused on the eastern forests and corn fields.
