Fishing

Best boss

Uploaded on January 27, 2009

Last week, my boss lent me a bunch of his ice fishing gear to take my kids and some friends out on the ice.
I showed up afterward to the hospital where we work to return his stuff. While I was inside looking for my boss, someone stole his bag of six rods out of my truck.
My boss was great about the situation. He could see that I was sick about what happened. He told me not to worry- he would take care of everything. He's even offered to let me borrow his stuff again.

He's a better man than I. I'd be less mad if someone crashed my truck than lost my fishing gear.

He's a great guy- he should have beat me with a stout staff.

Great friend to have, similar situation happened to me before, I allowed my brother in law to borrow gear and it was taken from his truck, He really was heartbroken over it and I just let it go.

You got a good boss there.

Whats that saying? "Forgive and Forget" Right?

I would rather have someone burn down my house rather than take my fishing gear, and if I saw someone take my gear, they would end up with a 9 foot fly rod stuck up there A$$.
