Easy Steelhead and Salmon egg curing

Uploaded on February 05, 2009

If you want fresh eggs or roe to use all year long try this:

1. Remove eggs from fish and rinse with water
2. Lay out eggs on newspapers and let dry
3. Sprinkle Borax on all eggs
4. put in jar and use when desired up to a year
