Fishing

Old TIme Fishin'

Uploaded on July 21, 2009

Anyone else remember tan braided line, thin bamboo cane poles, and unpainted cork bobbers? Garden worms were the way to go, unless we had something special ... nightcrawlers.

I still have a few cane poles stored up that we made as kids. That was a summertime tradition, to make a cane pole and catch worms around the garden or underneath the chicken pens.

Brings back fond memories.

Alot of people still fish with cane poles around where I live. I see people catching bream and crappie all the time with them.
