Safety Pin for Fishing

Uploaded on March 10, 2010

I carry a large safety pin when I go fishin'and hook it to my shirt sleeve for easy access.

I use it to get Professional Backlashes out of my reel and to poke a hole in the eyes of new jigs that are covered with paint.

It can be used to cull fish, if you have reached your limit, by placing the pin and latching it in the smallest fishes mouth. Be sure to remove it as you release the smaller fish.

It too, can be used as a tooth pick!

I was picturing an old diaper safety pin, that is of course, until I read the "toothpick" suggestion. LOL.
