Tarpon elbow

Anyone got a cure for Tarpon elbow. The Tarpon(100-180lbs) have been camped out near the house the past few weeks. My armed in constantly cramped and back is tight.(Had 3 to the boat yesterday) Oddly enough these systoms are also accompanied by a stupid grin. Whats even better when your buddy paid a lot of money to go to Boca Grande a week before they showed up here(that be North Carolina) 5 miles from the downtown boat ramp. Pictures will be posted soon.
Seriously Tarpon and Cypress stumps(not mangroves and palm trees), who'd have thought that combo existed.
