Both are good. I would pick Mepps...except for the fact that I like Phoebs's or Wobl-Rite's better!
Panther Martin all the way. Especially here in Oregon they slay native cutthroat and native rainbows.
Panther Martin is my go to trout spinner. This is due to the fact that while mepps spinners are great spinners they seem to catch everything in the river I'm fishing that's not a trout.
Mepps are my favorite trout lure. They out-fish panther Martin's everytime. They are both super lures but Mepps have always produced more fish for me.
