Keep your fishing and hunting gear dry

I collect all of the silica gel packets out of my wife's & children's shoe purchases (and the occasional shoe purchase of mine) and add several packets to each fishing tackle tray and all of my fishing and hunting gear bags. They help keep everything dry and rust-free.
I periodically dry them on a tray in the oven at the same temperature and duration as I dry the silica gel containers from my gun cabinet. It keeps the packets working optimally.
