what is the farthest clay u have ever seen hand thrown

i shot over 400 clays today and as am waiting for my arm to heal i write this lol.i was using the hand thrower and my dad told me swing it just like a baseball bat and the nextthing i knew i flicked the clay dome about a quarter mile down a fence row and i then asked if there were any geese hunters he knew that needed pracitceand i turned to him my uncle and my brother were holding there sides laughing. is that normal???
