America is now the worlds last and final Plymouth Rock remaining.

Uploaded on February 05, 2013

I realize that America is now the worlds last and final Plymouth Rock remaining. When America is of no longer a safe haven and the Constitution is of no more; I ask as for what Plymouth Rock can Americans and the rest of the world seek for shelter and comfort against a tyrannical Government now operating without boundaries?

My apologies sir, but what you're experiencing is termed as "paranoia"! No big deal! It's just a fear the U.S. as you and I know it is declining, as history tells us it will eventually.

Not to worry though! The "pronoiacs" (Homaski, 1ojolsen, rock rat, Rocaphilla, barnhll, et al) will be along soon to explain to you that it's just paranoia you're experiencing and the U.S. Gov't is just fine and getting stronger, the economy is doing fine, everybody loves Obamacare, Obama is a brilliant POTUS and "we don't need no stinking oil'!

Just remember! Mr. Homaski has appointed himself to educate all the conservatives here to the joys of "Liberalism" and "How To Spend Your Way To Wealth!"

Good luck Mr. Cooper! Nice hearing from you again.

Do you really think that the rest of the world views us as their Plymouth Rock? I'll bet you that if Jay Leno walked down the street and asked people "what is Plymouth Rock? " most people would say its an insurance company. I agree with the first part of Bubbas' soliloquy above.

1ojolsen,
It's the same old story...stick a flag up their wazoo, convince them that America is the only nation on Earth that matters, wind em up like a toy...and watch em go.
The concept that maybe, just maybe, some other folks feel the same way about THEIR homeland is completely foreign, and to even recognize that concept is considered treasonous/communist/socialist/Marxist/Fascist, etc. etc. etc.

If you do not think the United States of America is great, then why do so many people from so many countries do anything then can legal or illegal to get here. I have been in a lot of countries on several continents and i suggest you do the same before you knock the USA. If you have already been to some other countries and like them, then i suggest you move to one of them.

whitetailfreek, jhjimbo,
Please explain how the mere recognition that other folks from other nations also love their countries equates to my not believing my nation is the best. Next, explain how recognizing that there are in fact other nations on this planet equals not trying to improve ours.
Or, is it possible that when either of you view a post by me you just automatically shift into negative mode?

Hey jhjimbo, is it permissible to visit other countries...like the visit...and STILL think our country is the greatest?

I view the US as "great", so to speak. I really have no desire to visit outside the US. But, that's just me!
Yep! Folks from all over are doing anything, legal or otherwise, they can to get here!

Now! Throughout recorded history, no Democratic "type" society has survived over two hundred years without crumbling into the annals if history! Every day the sun rises over the easy coast, the US sets a new record. We are now into year 237. Our current POTUS has made some disturbing (to some of us anyway!) statements.
"I'm going to fundamentally change the US as we know it."
"The Constitution is a flawed (?) document."
With growing concerns that our growing debt and growing, ever expanding Gov't is just the opposite of what our "Founding Fathers" based our Constitution on, lots of people see Obama "pushing"(not leading) down a road to "Socialism".
Those that see "the end", some here call "paranoid"!
Those that see everything as "just fine", I call "pronoid"!
I don't see the US headed in a healthy direction.

As far as the credentials issue, been there and done that too, he’ll have someone find him an obscure blog typed from the basement by a guy in his underwear eating cheetos and dredge it up as fact. As a matter of fact, he has been quoted as saying the New England Journal of Medicine is just another rag sitting in the Dr.’s waiting room and the CBO is equal to Mary’s accounting and tax service on the corner of 5th and Main, Anywhere, U.S.A.
Or, he'll just dance around the issue of validity as above.

Hoski, really I was joking around. Should have made it more clear that I was just pulling your leg. My bad!

Cervus, I could care less what foreigners thinks. Lots of people still try to come to the United States to make a better life so that says a lot. You being a neighbor to the North and all, I am not surprised with your post. Most Canadians love their country. Always enjoyed visits to Canada too. Never really understood your money though. Something weird about money with pictures of kids playing hockey. Looks like it should be in a monopoly game. LOL

1ojolsen,
Unfortunately, I’ve been through the whole fact vs. rumor issue with bubba long ago, as a matter of fact, that is where I brought up his linking to the op-ed page of the WSJ.

But what the heck, maybe you could use the entertainment…please proceed.
Good luck.

Truthfully 1ojolsen, for awhile I took part in the ever escalating name calling with him. Ultimately it dawned on me that he really doesn't have anything to say that's worthwhile so I just pretty much ignore him.
Oh, occasionally he will spout something outrageous like his oft repeated the world is coming to an end and mystically he sees Obama at fault, usually with a disclaimer attached so he can't be labeled a soothsayer or prophet...that would cross his deeply held Christian beliefs of doing unto others and loving all etc.

Actually C.C. That was off the wall, you not only took it out of context, you removed what you didn't want to repeat, solely to make your pathetic story seem more reasonable..... If you choose to fight my God, it is inevitably a loss for you, it doesn't matter that it is politically unexceptable to tell someone that, it doesn't matter that the world is too sensitive to hear the truth without being offended, it is the truth, and it is my place to see to it that the world knows that. No matter how many stones are cast my way for saying it, I will say it. I hope this makes you ponder, even if it is only in the back of your mind, or in the confines of your dark room, I hope it makes you think. Good luck my friend, and God bless.

10jo- I actually do not in any way, claim to predict a time line of the world, or set a date for end times. I do agree that 39'-45' were horrible times, however I would tend to imagine that revelations depicts a time much worse. It makes confirming a quote, say from the President of the United States, pretty quick and painless. So what you need to do is go to a search engine and type in "Obama rewrite the constitution" or what have you and then from the 100's of thousands of hits that come up find exactly 1 that was a direct quote from the President. In my minds eye you have to traverse history in reverse to find the most evil time period of man... 1939-1945. I do not fear death nor the end of time, nor do I waist my mortality in conjuring up a time line. I have little fear that life will endure long after my bones are dust. But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power.
