Bird Hunting
get as many breast from the geese you would like to cook. for 2 breasts put in crock pot fill with apple juice just till it covers the breasts cook for 7 hours after that dump apple juice out of crock pot. fill crock pot with bq souce your choice cook till warm than enjoy.

I will try this.. never thought of using apple juice before..
I usually wrap in bacon (nugget pieces) toothpick, grill till browned/crispy, move to crock pot, cover with sauce and cook for 1.5 hours to help break down the meat..
but thanks for idea I will be trying this!
