Breakfast Burrito
Uploaded on March 05, 2009You can make a tasty burrito by using these ingredience.
Scramble up some eggs and melt cheese on top. Then add some sausage.
Put the scambled eggs in a tortilla add some salsa and ketchup
It is a great on the go breakfast.
You can also substitute the sausage for last night's steak or pork chops.

You can put just about anything in a tortilla. Try this with catfish or whatever you just caught. I saute the fish in cajun seasoning, add the eggs & some hot sauce--roll it up & you're good to go.
