Recycle the poles from your worn out dome tent into shooting sticks

If you have a worn out dome tent, dont throw away the poles. Recycle them into shooting sticks. Start by determining what height shooting stick you would like to make. Remove the required amount of pole sections, and retie the rope. You need to do this twice, so you have two poles. Then get a couple rubber gromets from your local hardware store (electrical dept). Slide them over the two pole sections, and your done. The rubber gromet can slide up and down the poles to adjust the shooting height, and they fold up for compact storage.
