Non-slip ladder stand steps

To add some traction to the steps on my ladder stands, I sprayed all the rungs with Plasti-dip, sprinkled some sand on them while still wet, then added a second coat of both once the first coat dried.
A tip about this tip - start at the top rung and work down unless you have time to sit in the stand while the rungs dry.
