Fox Pro will bring 'em within a yard of the box. Oh, you said cheap...
You didnt say whether you want mouth calls or electronic. You can order most mouth calls from allpredatorcalls.com for less than 20.00. If you want a fairly inexpensive electronic call, cass creek makes one called the ampi-fire for less than 60.00. This is not an E-caller by the way, you have to carry it on your person. If your hunting this time of year, pup distress calls and male challenge calls work pretty good along with prey distress.
thanks and ive tried a high pitch cotton tail call and got them 15 yards from the house but they stopped coming to it so i was thinking about a pup distress call ive heard they worked and countitanddone ive looked at fox pro and you got a good point they are way expensive
