Deer Hunting

Putting on Insulated Bibs or coverall with your boots on

Uploaded on January 23, 2012

While my wife Sandi is new to hunting ( 4th year) While we host deer camp at teh cabin every year she watched us all struggle putting on our bibs, after he had our boots on, Now mind ya i am a right leg below knee amputee, and our friends that hunt with us, several are in there 60's & 70's.

So as we struggled getting on our bibs, she call went over got a couple of the plastic shopping bags had me sit down in the chair, she then covered up my boots with the bags and they slid in and out of the bibs without getting hung up.
What i like best is if you have mud on your boots it then dont get all in the leg of the bibs, as you take off your bibs.

It also makes it easier for the older guys that have problems getting there legs up to try to pull the bibs over top your boots.

So grab a plastic bag from your local grocery store place them over your boots and slide your feet (my prosthetic leg the ankle dont flex) And yet i can slip it in and out of the bibs and dont get MUD all into my leg of my bibs.

Course if ya print this in your magazine i know she will claim the KNIFE AS HER OWN!! LOL

You should give her the knife, and a bottle of good scotch, for the trouble she's saving you, not to mention the rest of us who will be listening to her.
