Antelope Meat Suggestion

There are few that feel antelope is a gamie meat. My quick suggestion is to turn it into a bulk breakfast sausage. As a breakfast sausage, it is typically mixed with pork and spices. This mixture is amazing in spaghetti, chilli, meatie caso, tacos, nachos, etc. Everyone of my family and friends rave over these dishes of mine and wonder what I do to make such a great chilli or spaghetti...there's no secret...it's just antelope breakfast sausage.
