I took a wild boar a few weeks ago, and made a killer marinade for it. Here it is:
3 Big squirts from a Heinz Ketchup bottle
3 teaspoons Spanish Olive oil
equal parts Sea (coarse will do) salt and Black pepper
1 Cup Mojo Criollo (spanish pork bitter orange dressing)
1 Cup Coconut Rum
Place the meat in a tupperware or plastic container (needs a lid) and then add ingredients. Really work your hands into the meat, it needs to be mixed well. When thoroughly mixed, let the meat sit in the air-tight container over night and grill within 36 hours.
