I listened to Fox radio today, this is mostly what they talked about, must cut deep. Rush and Sean Hanitty no doubt do the same with their investments. They trotted out lots of unconvincing arguments.

Romney will eventually give up his 2011 taxes after he has fixed it as best he can. What will cause the heartburn is the taxes going back to 01, because those can't be changed. And the idea that some rich guy pays less in taxes than most middle class folks is going to burn bad. Tax cheats consistently score very high in public dislike, much higher than thrice married philanderers. Those taxes will eventually come out. Everyone has done it since Watergate. Putting them off will only draw attention.

The tax question shines a bright light on exactly the type of things that the budget argument back before Christmas was all about. Now we have a prime example, and he's running for president.

Listening to the pundits on Hannity, one of those guys was complaining about Romney's tin ear. "I'll bet you $10,000, or 350K$ for speaking fees is "not much" drip drip drip. It introduces Romney to the voters in a way he doesn't really like.

When you libs rank on a 15% tax on investment you just prove my point. You're intellectually bankrupt, totally ignorant about ECON 101, and what a low tax rate does for investments in this country, and who benefits. And on top of that, the liberal press lies, and ignorants like yourself further pass on the lie that the ave. Joe pays a much higher rate...no the don't. That is a lie. The ave. Joe, after deductions they can take pays an ave. of 12% not the 29% you libs want to pass on. You lefties tell the truth sometime, and I hope you know you are going to ruin your reputation.

And offshore? Really? Naw, how can that be? With leftist like you wanting to raise taxes on the upper earners when the top 1% pay 37% of the taxes? Now how can that be? Might also be why a lot of ave. Joe worker's jobs have gone offshore as well.

Crowd of Republicans booed Romney last night when he tried to say he wouldn't release his prior years taxes.

Liberals can't win on that issue. Econ 101 gets then talked about, and liberals appear like you liberals on this thread...totally ignorant. Like 15% is to low? lol!...for a return on investments? lol! And then attack his making $370 K for 8 speaking engagements, when Slick Willy made $82 million dollars on speaking engagements!!!!!!! That was an incredible revelation. And I don't begrudge the Slickster for getting it...he wouldn't give one for less than $110,000, and gave 3 of them for $500,000 !!! How'd you like to buy a ticket to one of those speeches rat? lol!

He should do as his Daddy did before running for office, release past 12 years worth of tax returns.
Of course that might conflict with his claim to be a common man who didn't inherit wealth.
His Daddy ran a division of GM back when it was profitable, 3 time Governor. Sent Mitt to private boarding schools, 2 Harvard degrees, (that'll piss off he who shall not be directly adressed) Believes speaking fees in excess of $350K "isn't much", and is nonchalant about wagers that equal 1/3 of a common man's yearly salary.
I'd ask the crowd here how much of their income gets shipped off to tax deferred accounts in the Cayman Islands?

Why be such a distortionist hoski?...seems to be in your DNA. Romney is a SELF MADE SUCCESSFUL fellow....very much unlike liberal John Kerry, or Clinton, or Obama. Romney was asked to run the Olympics profitably because of his ECON 101 knowledge. Romney will release whatever he feels like legally releasing. For a guy that didn't worry about a candidate having a legal birth certificate, and being legally naturally born, or having to provide college transcripts, or fess up to who his terrorist friend was, and the fact he had to lie about his relationship with ACORN you sure turned a new leave quick.

That would be very interesting. How the guy tavelled around the world when he had no money is a definate quandry. Who was sponsoring the guy, paying for those trips abroad? And I just want SOMEONE..just one person. A professor, or another student that said "YES, I do remember the guy coming to class"...just ONE PERSON!
