Q:I am a British Royal Marine shortly to be attached to the USMC for three years. I shoot regularly in the UK, and hope to keep this up in CA. Can you please tell me where to research the laws for hunting in CA, and how to get my firearms legally registered in the US? I hope to bring over two 12g SS shotguns, a 0.17"HMR and a 0.308". I subscribe to the British Deer Society who offer 3rd party insurance and would be interested in organisations offering similar support for hunters in the US. I woud be very grateful for any advice. Yours faithfully,

Q:Well I finally broke down, and decided to put some videos on YouTube. Nothing really to hunt right now, so I had some extra time. I have 3 of them up now, and mostly they are going to be about gun reviews, or disassemble videos. I am new to this, so check it out and give me some criticism, good or bad. Links in first post.

Q:What is the difference in lengths of the Sako lll, SM and lV actions? What else might be different about these actions other than the calibers associated with them? Thanks Casey

Q:My latest idea is to create a pistol something on the order of a broomhandle Mauser in .22 LR. It will utilize any magazine that would fit a Ruger 10/22. I don't like the width necessary to accept this magazine but shooting 25 to 30 rounds without a reload would be fun. One could even use a drum. Anybody want one?
