Q:I just received a gun in on trade and was just wondering what it may be worth. It's a Mossberg 835 slug gun. It has a glossy wood stock and a fully rifled cantilever slug barrel with a 4x32 Bushnell scope. There is not a mark on the gun and it is in great condition. Not really looking to sell it just wondering if I made a good trade or not. Any help is appreciated!

Q:Forgive my ineptitude with the "search" feature here as I'm sure this has been discussed before. I am the new owner of a beautiful (to me) 1953 870 Wingmaster, 20-gauge, fixed modified choke. I am assuming it would be a no-no to shoot steel out of this gun, correct?

Q:In your opinion, is a 20 gauge closer to a 28 gauge or 12 gauge? What makes this so?

Q:I have an older AH Fox double barrel 20 gauge that is in great shape. I would love to use it for small game. Should I be concerned about using todays shot shells out of it?

Q:I bought a used Remington 870 Express today and the side of the Receiver says Remington 870 Express Super Magnum, but the bolt and ejection port are not that of a super magnum because I have a super mag 870 and the bolt has the extended sleeve and a longer ejection port, the bolt and ejection port on this new "super mag" are the same as that of my buddy's 870 mag. Has anyone heard of this? Was there a mistake at the Remington factory for a short while?
