Isn't it interesting how things that were considered to be provocative or racy in those days don't get a second glance today, and how much more accepted smoking was in those days?
I actually have one of the "Crystal" Daredevle spoons. I wasn't aware that it was that old.
Wowser 38 looks like a nip slip. But my eyes could be bad for all I know this could be another way to catch fish.
Obviously, sex sold just as well back then. A women in waders is ... wow wee!
That looks like a nip slip to me. But did anyone notice that the oars are not set up for the oarlocks?
I'm partial to the mermaids. Pic #1 looks nice to me. You guys have a point on #38--looks to me like she's wearing just boots, hat and a fish basket.

A nip slip? The gal in 38 is wearing only boots and a smile. Her gear bag is covering her southern assets.

if you read the copy in #38 the manufacturer is apologizing for not even being able to make any new line because of the war effort- there still should be some sitting on the shelves though they say....
on second look I see what you mean about #10 troutrageous
