Welcome to Field & Stream!
Great photos, a good mix of funny and fantastic.
Are u sure the prom picture with the girl fishing wasnt just set up to send to Field and Stream because as far as i know the line release button is supposed to be pointing up.
I've never seen an albino deer that big!!!
Nice pics once again everyone. Glad to be a part of it.
Just so you know- in the 1940 picture there are 5 bucks in the trailer and 1 on each front fender well. Back in those days there were no doe permits except a hunting camp doe tag. The doe was shot and ate during the course of the 2 week season.
Reellife, I could be wrong, but is the little plastic tab that holds the line at the end of a new zebco also sitting on top of that reel (see the black nub atop the chrome)? Is line even threaded through the eyes of the pole?
Nice try playing red-neck-chick, though.
So the devil DOES fish!
Set up or not, the smile on the young lady pretending to fish is worth the whole photo. In this day and age, how many high school girls would allow anyone to shoot a photo like this unless they really wanted to let them? Kudos to whoever thought it would be a cool photo to take on her special night!!
That deer is a true albino note the pink nose eyes and ears. That is an awesome Snook too!
pic#20 that bear is awesome!!
i always say to my little cousins, "hey guys i hope i dont kill the easter bunny when i am rabbit hunting" they dont find it funny....
good to see another big PA black bear, congrats Ryan.
Aren't those white tail ears in that dog's mouth?
Wow! Every gallery I view always has great, interesting photos including this gallery. Great job F&S!
Ha the MRAP one was funny and some pretty big fish there as well.
The MRAP was funny looking back on it but when we got stuck we were taking mortars and small arms fire.
that albino is awesome. I wish i could have seen one.
That Military vehicle should be a fun one to tell your grandkids about. Not really. That looks like it was one hell of a time for you, usmcturkeyhunter. I'm glad you got to post this one - because you are lucky to be alive. Thanks for saving our country. BTW you've got more friends than you know.
That young lady is going to make some young man that likes to fish a great wife some day!
dlackey, that is one nice smallmouth!
That albino buck blends in good in the snow but I wouldn't want to be him when the green is on.
Chefpat, that is a huge crappie!
Thanks to all the other members who posted the photos. And thanks to Field and Stream for putting them together and letting me apart of this album.
what a smallmouth
That P.A. Black Bear is awesome! Pic. #40 I like to.
I dream of reeling in a 50lb lake trout. That thing would feed an entire camp. And the guy who caught looks both proud and exhausted. Nice work, Phil, I;d be proud too.
Ok, since seeing this photo I've been trying to track down the spots for Fishing Flaming Gorge Reservoir near Rock Springs in Wyoming. If this is the right spot, I'm going to to hear there this summer to try my luck in catching a lunker like that.
Awsome collection of photos! I look forward to seeing these each month!
"flaming gorge hog"
Excellent catch for you!!!!!!!!
Very nice pictures, and the 2 laketrout that were caught, we call them Makenaw here in MT, but thats about the normal size for the big, big ones. They range from 3# - up to 55# McGregor Lake, the ice fishing tourney is awesome
