The Doctor Will See You Now
Ophthalmologist Bill Plauche snapped a trail cam photo of this buck on land not far from his home in Grayson County, Texas, last fall. Then, on October 10 the deer walked by his stand at five yards, and Plauche got an up-close look at this once-in-a-lifetime trophy. No official word on the score, but the whitetail is reported to have 30 points and a 20-inch outside spread.
“I’ve been hunting 25 years for that moment,” Plauche told a local news crew. “I’ve always dreamed there was that big a deer out there and that one day it would come out.”

#41 certainly is a "Weird Whitetail", considering that it is a mule deer.
Would have liked to see what number 41 looked like in four years

WOW! Those are some incredible bucks and they have some really great stories behind them.
#31 and #4 are my favorites because #4 showed that ruining a life time friendship over a deer isnt worth it. #31 showed that you should make every shot count and "never give up"
#47 is surely a magnificent buck. Dream buck.

Great buck with lots of character-congratulations! Our state has been producing lots of top-end trophies recently-love those big antlers but dislike the spike in hunting land/leases that happened because of them. Big bucks 4 BIG BUCKS!
