Giant Shark Caught On Fly Rod Off San Diego Coast
The shark was attracted by a chum bag containing a yellowtail tuna carcass (and other assorted body parts), tied to the side of Trimble's 24-foot Triton boat.

You don't see that every day.
Never heard of catching a shark off a fly rod but seems a little too daring for me... especially when it is leaping out of the water like that. I do not think I would like to have a shark flying at me and/or landing on me. If I do ever go, I will make sure too bring an extra pair of briefs.
Geeeze! That looks like an experience of a lifetime!
