(www.richardpsmith.com) spent two years photographing this pair of twin albino bucks in a no-hunting zone in Michigan. In this gallery you can track their growth from fawn to mature animal.

The state of Michigan has had a ban on harvesting albino deer in place for about 20 years. Now there is a chance it may be lifted. To find out more and weigh in on the subject, visit our Whitetail 365 blog. Or post your comments using the tool below these photos.

I would shoot any of these deer im not superstitious at all and it would be the thrill of a life time to kill an albino deer i would prfer a albino buck over a doe but would take either of them also during bow season in 2008 in carroll county ohio I saw a deer that was compleatly black it was a sight to see but not close enough to shoot it was a 6 point buck 50 yards from me on a property im not allowed on but im still thrilled I got to see this rare deer in real life, John L Bowman
