My name is Jared Davis I m 13 and this is my first elk. I shot it in wisdom montana , with a 270 ruger 150 grain bullet with one shot I dropped it.

Absoloutely beatuiful animal, I killed my first deer(a big doe) last year,and that feeling of just killing your first whatever it is you hunt, is still fresh in me. Great job man,I wish we had elk here in Southern Indiana.
Looks like a big ole cow...good job!
