I was fishing on Nantucket Sound for blues and stripers. We had a rather productive day, glass like conditions, but no birds working anywhere. After 5 blues in the 20" to 36" range, the activity died off suddenly. So I pulled out the fly rod and after 10 shots at nothing, I decided to sit down and wait for the next blitz.
