First time hunting, I sat from dusk till dawn. Hunting time ended at 6:59, and I shot him at 6:57. I shot him in the Appalacian Mountain 2.4 miles from where my truck was parked. Field dressing and draging him out on a cart took 10 1/2 hours. I got home a 6:30 am. I was the longest day ever, but it was worth it.
