I told my dad I was gonna get my first crow alone. He said ok. As if i would'nt get one, so i grabbed his hand pump crow call, my 20 gauge,crow decoys, and a box of shells with a camo cover up jacket. I ent out. within several minutes of calling 2 crows showed up. One landed in a tree directly above me. So, i pulled the trigger. It fell down that oak nicely. I was all alone on this hunt too!
