I killed this bird along with the help of my cousin after not having a lot of luck this season hunting birds that shut up after they get off the roost. We were in Central Alabama in the middle of turkey season. This bird suprised us along with three other tom's that came in to our calling without saying a word. He had a ten inch beard and one inch spurs.
