It was 3rd week for spring turkey hunting in Wisconsin and my step dad and I were driving around the night before. We stopped at a friends and were talking about hunting his land and he told us there were some toms out right now so the next day we set up and shot this one about 7:15. It weighed in at 14 pounds and a 7 in. beard.
