I have for many years used the old orange flat fish. I found it works very well in the back water of the Arkansas river for Catfish. Thought I would make my own since they are hard to find in wood. This is a photo of a finished lure. I tested this one out and it works very well. Very slow with lots of action, just what the catfish go for.
